At Norfolk Prestige Fencing, we pride ourselves on offering the best quality products and a high standard of customer service at a competitive price. To ensure that all of our customers receive the same high level of service, we established our five-step service pledge.
We will remove anything that currently occupies the site of your new fence. That includes old fencing, hedges and even trees. There is no additional cost for this, it is part of our service.
We will never ask you for a deposit in advance of starting work. Only once you are completely satisfied with the completion of the works will we request payment.
We typically have a 2-week lead time for the commencement of works. We’ll arrange a mutually convenient day and time for the work to begin. Once we have agreed on a date, you can be confident that our team will be there on time and ready to work.
Our team takes great pride in their work. We won’t sign off on any job until it has met the exacting standards of our directors and until you are absolutely happy with the results.
Within 1 week of the work being completed, you will receive a comprehensive invoice outlining all of the works completed. Only at this point will we ask that you make payment in full.
