To ensure we continue to provide high-quality services, we constructed our five-step service pledge. It provides an effective structure to work with, that is satisfying for both our customers and us.
Our Service Pledge
- Response Times: We aim to respond to all enquiries of our services within one working day. After our initial response, one of our experienced team will attend the site within two working days. You can expect a full written quote via email within three working days. If we cannot meet any of these deadlines, then we will also contact you and explain to you when it can be expected.
- No Deposit Required: Unlike other companies, we will never ask you for a deposit in advance of the work being started. Only once you are completely satisfied with the work we have completed will we request a payment.
- Arranging a Date: Typically, we have a two-week lead time for the commencement of works. One of our directors will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient day and time for the work to begin. Once we have agreed a date and time, you can be confident that our team will be there and ready to work on time.
- Upon Completion: Here at Norfolk Prestige Fencing, we take great pride in our work. We won’t sign off any job until it has met the high standards of our directors exactly and you are happy with the completed work. With regards to the completion, you can expect a clear and clean site as we responsibly deal with previous structures and the waste we create.
- Invoices: Within one week of us completing the work, you will receive a comprehensive invoice outlining all of the works undertaken. At this point, and only at this point, will we ask you to make that payment in full.
