As the national lockdown restrictions begin to ease, we have updated our guidance to ensure the ongoing health and safety of our staff and customers.
We are following all government restrictions and guidance from Public Health England. We are taking all appropriate measures to minimise risk of infection, including social distancing, minimising staff contact, and increased cleaning and sanitising of tools and equipment.
Installations
As the vast majority of our work takes place outside, in small teams without direct contact with customers, we are able to continue mostly as normal.
We ask all customers to alert us immediately should they or any member of their household test positive, are isolating or are experiencing any symptoms so that we can rearrange their installation until a safe date.
Quotes and Surveys
We are continuing to visit customer’s properties to quote for all works, and can do so whilst maintaining social distancing measures. However if any customers would prefer to send us photos and measurements then we can give rough estimations via email or Facebook messenger.
